Casuno Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Terms

Casuno (casuno.ws) is an online gaming platform offering lottery, Sports Betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Casuno and its registered members.

By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Identity verification is mandatory for first-time large withdrawals.

Bank or payment gateway charges may apply for currency conversion or international transactions, and these are outside Casuno's control. Deposited funds cannot be refunded without cause unless a specific technical error is proven.

4 Bonus & Rewards Terms

• Casuno reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if suspicious bonus usage is detected.

Taxes or other government charges may apply to lottery prizes and jackpot winnings, and winners are solely responsible for paying them. Identity verification must be completed before any large prize can be claimed.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Casuno are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, unless a technical error prevented it from being correctly registered.

• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the stake returned to the user's account.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be settled at the last confirmed odds.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.
• Casuno sets the maximum bet amount per event, and this limit is subject to change at any time.
• Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

If Casuno determines that a bet is part of suspicious or irregular activity, it reserves the right to withhold the payout until that bet's outcome has been reviewed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casuno:

• Multiple Accounts: Users are not permitted to hold more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonuses are granted for specific purposes only; creating accounts solely to systematically collect bonuses is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using Casuno as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly illegal.
• Hacking & Fraud: Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or using bots is strictly prohibited.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using another person's account without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• False Information: Providing false identity or information at any stage is not permitted.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Casuno may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit required verification documents on time.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Account details do not match the information requested.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.

Casuno typically sends an email notice before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance will be returned once verification is complete.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Casuno treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, and communication purposes.
